Shipping Policy
Delivery is handled by Canada Post. *
* Please note that if Canada Post is on strike, it is unfortunately not our fault. We will try to find a solution for your situation.
No refunds will be issued. The business days indicated when you select delivery for your order exclude production time (if applicable) or handling time. We ask for your patience, as everything is handled by a small team. We will contact you to let you know the status of your order. We also offer international shipping. Currently, a fee of $12.00 applies within Canada and a fee of $15.00 applies outside of Canada. However, if the process becomes too costly or complicated, we will discontinue it.
Return & Exchange Policy
For returns, please contact us at rosetandem@gmail.com. We will respond as quickly as possible to process your return within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, and only damaged items or items that were returned due to an order error on our part will be refunded.
Please be aware that most of our products are unique, and we do not have a copy.
